Currently Accepting:
We accept submissions in various genres, including:
- Fiction: Fantasy, Science Fiction, Romance, Comedy, Thriller, Horror, Mystery, Historical Fiction, Literary Fiction, YA, LGBTQIA+, and more.
- Non-Fiction: Memoir, Biography, True Crime, and more.
- What We’re Looking For: We seek unique voices and compelling narratives that captivate, inspire, and resonate across genres. We welcome authors with visionary ideas for long-term projects like a book series/trilogy/saga/multiple titles, etc, and including adaptations into films, games, audiobooks, and beyond. We champion diverse perspectives and stories that reflect a wide range of experiences and cultures. If your manuscript brings a fresh, original perspective, we would love to hear from you.

Poetry, Recipe Books/Cookbooks, Travel Guides, History Books, Agricultural Books, Academic Textbooks, Scientific Journals, Technical manuals, Self-Help Books, Medical/Health Guides, Business/Finance Books, Legal Guides, Political Commentary, Religious Texts, Conspiracy Theory Texts, AI-Generated Content.
Submission Process:
- Query First: Send a query letter before submitting your full manuscript. This should briefly introduce your work and yourself as an author. (Use the form to fill out below).
- Complete Manuscript: If we express interest based on your query, we will request the full manuscript.
- Simultaneous Submissions: You may submit your manuscript to other publishers simultaneously, but please inform us if your work is accepted elsewhere.
Response Time:
- Patience: Be patient during the review process. Response times may vary, but we will do our best to provide timely feedback.
- Review Time: Due to the volume of submissions, please allow up to 6-8 weeks for our team to review your work. If you have not heard from us after 6-8 weeks, consider your submission declined.
- Response: Due to the high volume of submissions, we are unable to provide personalized feedback on every submission. If our publishing team is interested from your query submission, they will contact you via email for a full manuscript to review.
- Acknowledgment: We acknowledge receipt of your submission.
Manuscript Format:
- Electronic Submissions: We prefer electronic submissions. Please submit your manuscript as a Word document or PDF.
- Font and Formatting: Use a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman or Arial) in 12-point size, double-spaced. Ensure page numbers are included.
- Cover Letter: Include a cover letter introducing yourself and your work. Mention the genre and a brief synopsis of your book.
Manuscript Content:
- Original Work: Only submit original, unpublished manuscripts. We do not accept previously published works.
- Genre: We accept a wide range of genres, so please specify the genre of your manuscript.
- Word Count: Include the total word count of your manuscript.
Rights and Agreements:
- Creator-Owned Works: We are especially interested in creator-owned stories. If your work is selected, you will retain creative control and ownership.
- Original Work: Submissions must be the original work of the author/creator. By submitting your manuscript or artwork, you affirm that you are the sole author/creator and owner of the rights to the work, or you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions from any co-creators.
- Rights Agreement: If your manuscript is accepted for publication, we will provide a “Publishing Agreement” detailing the terms of our partnership.
- Confidentiality: We treat all submissions as confidential and will not share your work with third parties outside our review process without your permission.
- Non-Binding: Submission of your work does not guarantee publication. All submissions are subject to our review process, and we reserve the right to decline any submission without further explanation.
- Oceaniacom Press reserves the right to outright reject any material that contains the following: Any material that perpetuates hateful speech/opinions and discrimination (including, but not limited to): Homophobia, transphobia, racism, ableism, sexism, bigotry, and xenophobia.

Oceaniacom Press Graphic Novel/Comic Division accepts submissions in various genres, including:
- Fiction: Fantasy, Science Fiction, Romance, Comedy, Thriller, Horror, Slice-of-Life, Fairy-Tale, Literary Fiction, YA, LGBTQIA+, and more.
- Preferred Art Styles: Manga/Anime, Experimental, Cartoonish, Whimsical and Playful, Classic Storybook, Gothic, Minimalistic, Abstract, Pop Art, Modern and Stylized, Surrealism.
- What We’re Looking For: Our Graphic Novel/Comic Division is on the hunt for bold and imaginative storytellers. We’re passionate about discovering eccentric characters, out-of-the-box plots, and narratives that break the mold. We seek engaging and unique artwork that vividly brings stories to life and uniquely expresses the voice of the creator. If your work features uncommon, innovative elements and pushes the boundaries of traditional storytelling, we want to see it!

Non-Fiction, Biographies, Poetry, Anthologies, Religious Comics, Political Comics, Conspiracy Theory Comics, Memoirs, and AI-Generated Content.
